I've been asked a couple of times: "What does URAS mean?"
URAS is simply the shop of Ken Nomura a.k.a. Nomuken.
URAS is reverse for "saru" which means "monkey" in Japanese and Nomuken is also known as "Monkey Magic"...
I personally love this guy, because he doesn't take himself too seriously and besides being funny, he really knows his stuff.
Here are two extracts from a JDM OPTION video with Nomuken, visiting the best touge places in Japan. There is some crazy drifting involved and plenty of cars wearing URAS parts. I know many of you may have seen these ones already, but they best describe what's URAS all about and they are fun to watch too ;)
